RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
•Please ensure that your return item is delivered in original packaging and includes any given accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defaced, delayed, or lost in ransit.
•For online returns, the parcel and its contents are the responsibility of the customer until it arrives safely at Rebel.
•For returns via mail, please use a tracking option to ensure safe delivery of return item.
•Additional delivery charges (e.g. postage) will be incurred at the expense of the customer.
•Items that are not returned with an original purchase receipt will not be accepted for product exchange.c
• Shipping options are provided at the time of checkout. You will always have the opportunity to see the full amount of your purchase with shipping charges before you confirm your order.
• Items will be shipped within two business days of placing your order. To ensure express shipments, orders must be submitted online by 1 p.m. ET. Shipments are sent via USPS or UPS tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
• Standard Shipping: This method is ground shipping. You should receive your product within 5-10 business days from your order date.
Express Shipping: Orders are sent via UPS 2nd-day delivery. You should receive your product within two business days from your order date. Please note: orders need to be submitted online by 1 p.m. ET to ensure 2nd day delivery.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
flatironforless.com ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rate. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery.
Please note: promotional offers relating to shipping rates, such as free shipping, do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses.
International Shipping
• international shipping will take 5-7 business days depends on the country and zipcode
• CANADA customers – shipping time between 3-5 business days
• UK Customers – Shipping time between 5-7 business days
• Europ – Shipping time between 7-10 business days
• PLEASE NOTE : we will try our best to help you to avoid paying any duty in some cases its we cant control it and you will have to pay that fee.
• Shipping to a P.O. Box
• your P.O. Box will have to match your credit card or PayPal shipping information
• Shipping to an APO/FPO Address
Unfortunately, flatironforless.com cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

• if for some reason you cant track your order directly from our website please log in to your PayPal account and try to use PayPal tools usually the tracking number attached to your order page inside your PayPal account.
