I recently replaced a flat iron and it just wasn't as good as my old one. I didn't realize how different they can be. After a few months of not being able to get the straight soft look I was used to, I ordered this one. I have been using it for a few months now and it is great. My hair is long, thick and there is a lot of it. This iron does the job well.
